Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Molecules mode
  2. Load from MOL: three-structures.mol.zip

Actual behavior
System throws an error: Convert error! struct data not recognized as molecule, query, reaction or reaction query

Expected behavior
File loaded w/out errors

Additional case but with layout: chloro-ethylamino-dimethyl-propoxy-propan-ol.mol.zip

  • Ketcher Version 2.28.0-rc.3 Build at 2024-12-11; 14:32:57
