JDTLS v1.9.0 introduced a startup script, it makes starting the server easier.
This PR added a new option to support launch via the
jdtlscommand, it accommodates potential changes in JVM or CLI arguments introduced in future JDTLS releases, ensuring compatibility and ease of tracking these updates.
