GITHUB_TOKEN should be added to Wrangler dashboard

Please add the GITHUB_TOKEN environment variable to the Wrangler dashboard.

🧪 How Has This Been Tested?

I tested that locally as it's shown in the screenshots

🚧 Affected Parts

A new route added.
