Add GITHUB_TOKEN to Wrangler Dashboard

Context

I already finalized this issue egytech-fyi/egytech-fyi#38 to highlight the best GitHub repositories in Egypt.
I need a GitHub token with read-only access to public repos to fetch data for the frontend.

Request

Please generate a new GITHUB_TOKEN with read-only access to public repos and add it to the Wrangler dashboard.
This is necessary to have this feature running smoothly.
