This release is of the version of Cesium-NcWMS specifically tailored for the eWaterCycle project

Interface Improvements

Changes:

Toggle-able graphs.
Possibility to use log scales in graphs.
Minor style changes like font size on the units in the legend, size of the help box.

Ready-for-production version

The code is stable, and the build files have all the bugs ironed out.

Npm is not cooperating much on the travis server, but works fine in normal situations.
Tests and documentation need some work.
