specify the color of the no resolution and no skill lines for the reliability diagram

Describe the New Feature

no resolution and no skill lines use the assigned static colors. Users would like to select their own colors using UI and/or XML.
For that we need to add color selection widgets for both lines, add them to XML, process in Java and include to YAML config file
