This wiki documents the processing of emissions for the PROMOTE project (http://www.urbanair-india.org/promote).
The project uses emissions from the EDGAR HTAP database, and from the IITM dataset. The relevant pages of the wiki will describe how these each are preprocessed, and then a following page will describe the process of combining the two before using the UoM_EMIT tool for producing the final emissions files.
