A number of places where we use
DomainAssemblycan just useAssembly. I thinkDomainAssemblyvsAssemblyis now a confusing abstraction in our one AppDomain world. I think we can/should move more off of DomainAssembly, but I didn't try to do that here. There should be no functional change with this.cc @AaronRobinsonMSFT
