jQuery HTMLbuilder/JsonML plugin. ("$.fn.buildIn")

Parameters accepted:
 * 1:  $(selector).buildIn(<HTMLbuilder syntax>)
       e.g. $('p').buildIn('a',{href:'#cool'},'This is so easy!')

 * 2:  $(selector).buildIn("<jquery insertion fn>", <HTMLbuilder syntax>)
       e.g. $('p').buildIn('after', 'a',{href:'#cool'},'This is so easy!')
