Unfortunately Snapchat has patched a few features:

Removals

  • Half-Swipe Notifications
  • Open-Chat Notifications
  • Appearing as Mobile/Invisible
  • Reading Unread Messages

I will look into workarounds, but for the time-being these features are no longer available
