This is a complete overhaul of Sylvia, rewritten almost entirely from scratch. A lot of features have been removed, and a few new features have been added. The code base has shrunk significantly and now lives in just a single file. Most notably is the fact that there is presently only very basic simplification. However, a new macro, @rule has been added, to allow the user to specify certain known identities. Documentation will follow in a later release.
