running vmreact locally

TO ADMINISTER VMREACT:

  1. To run the local lab workflow, run the script: vmreact_local_lab_main_workflow_all_sites.sh by entering this into the already open terminal window:

    bash vmreact_local_lab_main_workflow_all_sites.sh subject number timepoint site of administration list_type

     subject number: ####
     timepoint: 1 or 2   
     site of administration: emoryu, newmex, default is stanford
     list_type:  
     	* For Timepoint 1 administration: leave blank  
     	* For Timepoint 2 administration: 1, 2, 3, or 4  
     		* list type administered at TP1 needed for TP2
    
  2. After pressing enter, it may take a few seconds for the inquisit application to load, but will begin shortly thereafter.
