Update `SUPPORTED_OS` to include the id `arch`. The install script supports `arch` but you can't proceed with a server install because `arch` isn't a `SUPPORTED_OS`

This PR adds
archto theSUPPORTED_OSwithin constants.phpYou can't use the software on an arch machine currently. Though it's a supported OS for the installation scripts.
