Version 1.5.1 of regexp.prototype.flags switched out a package that has missing dependencies so once node-dba is bumped or freshly installed (by someone who recently got a new laptop) then the dba tool fails with a require stack for a missing package.
The plan is to temporarily lock the version to at most 1.5.0, bump test, bump data, and then bump node-dba although the issue is likely to be resolved quickly but the author is perhaps asleep.
If you encounter this issue you can either do
npm -g install -D functions-have-names
or runnpm -g .
in your local node-dba repository as long as your version of regexp.prototype.flags isn't already v1.5.1 (npm explain regexp.prototype.flags
