This PR tries to remove the usage of WarpedVRT by doing the inverse of the current method

Current

  • create a WarpedVRT with bounds aligned with the reading part
  • Read (window/shape)

Proposed

  • Calculate the reading part in the dataset CRS
  • Read (window + shape)
  • Reproject to the output CRS

Right now it kinda works but break when using WarpedVRT as input dataset 😓

Also this approach seems a bit slower
