make

2. To use in C application:
#include <frontier_client/frontier.h>

Link against -lfrontier_client

3. To use in C++ application:
#include <frontier_client/frontier-cpp.h>

Link against -lfrontier_client

4. Environment:
export FRONTIER_SERVER[1234]=frontier_server
export FRONTIER_PROXY[1234]=local_proxy
export FRONTIER_LOG_LEVEL={nolog,info,debug}
