Example Wyvern Protocol Orderbook Server

Synopsis

Example orderbook server for use with the Wyvern Protocol.

Three-layer architecture: Varnish cache up front, Express for HTTP, PostgreSQL as the backing datastore. The Varnish cache layer is optional.
