Nice @demeritcowboy. Agree with dropping php72 and raising minimum to php74. (That's inline with civicrm-core dev.) Since we're not testing php72 anymore, we should probably update I'll go ahead and merge as-is because we need to get others flowing. |

Not sure if this is also the reason the tests aren't running on the other PR - i.e. no available runners with an old OS. That thought may not even make sense. Let's see...
