Port G'MIC-Qt tool to digiKam plugin architecture.

This require at least digiKam 8.4 plugin interface dependency installed. See at https://www.digikam.org for details.

This provide the port of G'MIC-Qt plugin as a digiKam/Showfoto Image Editor tool:

digiKam G'MIC-Qt image editor plugin running under Linux digiKam G'MIC-Qt image editor plugin running under MacOS digiKam G'MIC-Qt image editor plugin running under Windows

And a digiKam Batch Queue Manager tool of G'MIC processor:
