Overview

This repository contains Matlab code to process the data from the International Synoptic Krill Survey in Area 48, 2019.

• The analysis code is in the src directory.

• Results (data and plots) are written to the results directory.

• Map data (i.e., survey strata) are in the map_data directory.

The do_all.m script provides details on how and what to do to carry out the analysis.
