Separate conversion folder for benisty_2024 and lohani_2022

I needed to separate the project in two:

• one (already complete) for the Lohani22 paper that has only meso imaging + behavior,
• one for Benisty24 that has everything Lohani22 has, but different metadata and additional data streams: only 2p; suite2p segmentation, dual 2p-meso imaging, manual segmentation

NB: this PR needs to be reviewed before #15 and #17

Yeah it's a bit confusing. At the time I created this repo the reference paper was a pre-print--> Benisty2022, now it got published and it's Benisty2024. However the first dataset shared belong to Lohani2022, so now I created 2 conversion projects lohani_2022 and benisty_2024 and remove benisty_2022
