Features:
- Hostile Xeno lifeforms that you could hijack later in the tech tree
- Mercenary system through buying the Mercenary Office building, which allows you to buy Mercenary units with their own specializations
- Terraforming Victory by building terraforming buildings
- Ideology system through Policies, with their own ideology-specific units and buildings
- Virtual buildings that take up Digital Storage Space, which is generated by Server Farm improvements and some buildings
