Description
This PR adds JIMM's generated CA cert as an output to the action so that it can be used conveniently by consumers of the composite action. This was done specifically because the Juju Terraform provider expects a CA cert for a controller.
I've tested the action formats the multi-line cert properly here.
Partially addresses CSS-6347
