This sprint, you will be creating the info hover messages that appear if the user puts their mouse over the COD tag and the KDMs.
When the user hovers over the COD tag, a info hover message will appear:
a. It will say “COD stands for Commercial Operations Date. It is the predicted date that this project will begin to produce electricity”
KDMs. For each KDM with an abbreviation such as NYISO and NYSERDA, you will have to put this info hover message:
a. NYISO: “New York Independent System Operator”
b. NYSERDA: “New York State Energy Research and Development Authority”
c. IA: “Interconnection Agreement”
