In order to use the repository directly as dependency yarn as well as npm require some details. This patch adds the needed dependencies and meta information to allow usage by repository reference.
In order to setup a useful CI integration we should use the nodeJS versions we use in CodiMD as well. This patch updates Travis to use NodeJS version 8 and 10
