I came across the compilation options and it took me some time to find the right way to enable the march native option.
I think the user expects the flags to be specified by
cmake -D GTSAM_MY_USER_FLAG .., at least that is the case for me.Trying
-D GTSAM_CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-mach=native" \did not work for me, maybe i misunderstoodIs this acceptable?
