Resolves #222. Removes compatibility with the deprecated
docker-composePython CLI. Users will need to upgrade to a modern, supported version of Docker to continue self-hosting Bitwarden with our standard deployment process.Note that this is only applicable to the Linux script.
docker-composeon Windows is not the same thing as the deprecateddocker-composeCLI.
