pip check fails on MacOS with the new pip version with some package version. Probably due to #37660.

This already happened on current main, so this PR does not not make it any worse.

I also raised the min required orange3 to 3.37.0 for easier maintenance of -oldest tests. It is has been out for quite some time now.
