Docker Inout files ie: topology file in gmx solvate

As explained here: https://superuser.com/questions/1718702/is-it-possible-to-overwrite-or-shadow-a-mounted-file-in-a-docker-container If a “bind mount” folder is mounted in a container, the file can not be overwritten.
