Colocalization Exploration

Interactive Command to visually explore the influence of various parameters on a cytofluorogram of two artificially created images.

Usage

Open Plugins > BIC > Colocalization Exploration and change the parameters to create the first ouput.

⚠️ The plugins currently requires a SNAPSHOT version of imagej-legacy until imagej-legacy#174 is merged.
