This PR introduces
ScriptsMapping, a global variable in MorpheusVM which allows for.shfiles inmorpheusvm/scriptsto be wrapped in Cobra commandsDuring initialization,
scripts.gouses thego:embeddirective to store each.shfile in a Cobra command. This allows for scripts to be called via calling the associated wrapper Cobra command, which then executes these scripts viaexec.Command()
