The latest development pre-release version of Thumbico CLI can be downloaded from GitHub Releases. You can download a fully portable edition that does not require installation. Thumbico CLI runs on Windows 10, 8, 7, and Vista. On Windows Vista and Windows 7 please make sure you have installed .NET Framework 4.5 or above.
Thumbico CLI is written in C# using Windows Forms and .NET Framework 4.5. The project is developed using Visual Studio Community 2017, with the help of Mono.Options and StyleCop.Analyzers.
