The Next Big Thing for ccdproc. It should include:

• A much faster image combination mechanism.
• A new image combination interface if there is ever going to be one.
• Removal of deprecated bits
• Update to the major version requirements (astropy, numpy, python, astroscrappy)
• Clean up warnings -- several are emitted during tests
