修改前，释放的 arex-agent-bootstrap.jar 目录为全局 /tmp/arex/bootstrap/arex-agent-bootstrap.jar 目录，同一服务器部署多个arex-agent.jar 时，后启动的 agent 释放的 arex-agent-bootstrap.jar 文件将前一个文件覆盖，导致前面的 agent 运行时出现 NoClassDefFoundError ：
修改后释放的 arex-agent-bootstrap.jar 目录为 arex-agent.jar 所在目录为父目录，可有效避免全局目录导致的文件冲突问题。
