What kind of change does this PR introduce?
WIP feature for twitter retriever (Twitter ingestion #1225)
Why was this change needed?
This PR allows to query tweets using a search term and feed it to DocsGPT for further prompting.
Additional context:
Twitter APIs aren't free anymore, so further work is blocked due to lack of an API to test the same. Anyone wanting to work on this further with access to a paid API key may use this to continue further, thanks!
