Include programming languages from pull requests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some programmers like me mostly contribute to open source repositories and the entire repository doesn't count towards the languages stats. I think it'll be nice if this service includes the programming langusge that the pull request uses/introduces

@novialriptide Thanks for your feature request. The reason that we currently only include language results from Repos you own is explained (see #1801 (comment)). I will close your feature request for now as it is closely related to #1 and will be available when #1122 gets merged.
