My proposal might not perfect, but it is much better than before, based on my test data.

The sample data is collected from 9366 of vbuterin's fans, dpolicastro's account can't be accessed any more, vercel.app can't work properly with sw-yx's account, I calculated it myself. Rank F is discard. Latest update: 2022-01-29

Describe alternatives you've considered
To prevent users from hack the rank system, we should update the formula every several months.
