chore: remove .npmrc and add missing @vueuse/shared dependency

Description

There are two configurations in the .npmrc file: shamefully-hoist=true and auto-install-peers=true.

• The shamefully-hoist configuration can cause ghost dependencies, such as the usage of @vueuse/shared, which is not listed in package.json.
• The auto-install-peers configuration is enabled by default (true).

Therefore, the .npmrc file can be deleted, and the @vueuse/shared dependency should be added to package.json.
