Good afternoon, I take part in many Cosmos projects, I know RUST. I am also now a tester for a number of projects related to ETH, including Lido. I also keep several nodes in polkadot projects. Before this I applied for PR, but it was difficult to get in, now I see that you are planning to purge testers again, I would be glad to join Genesis anoma#1318

Already served PR, but alas, they did not accept. I would be very glad to be in the forefront during the launch of the network, namada is one of several ZK projects that can create a revolution in privacy and I like it damn. I want to be useful to the project. anoma#1793 anoma#1318

All previous genesis validators should name their PRs "Update {validator_alias}.toml for tesntet-15" and provide links to previous PRs merged.
