We need to update our Github workflows to support deploying to namada.me, as well as build extension assets for download (primarily for user testing at this point).

Work has been completed for deploying the interface to namada.me in #352 for "deploy for chain ID" functionality in CI. It would be great if this command could also generate the extension assets configured for this chain ID via Github.
