Welcome to spectro.

Spectro is a collection of tools:

1. spectgen - generates spectrogram files for a mp3 file.
2. other utils to finally generate a hist db file (*.db).
3. finally, spectradio which uses the generated hisdb file to provide a biased radio (Like pandora).
