About

Decentralising the process of assessing people based on their skills, experience, projects, and other necessary requirements from the employer. We aim to provide precise, simple, and necessary data for the employer with the support of the Beckn protocol and OpenAI.

Problem Statement

Hiring or finding the person who would be perfect for a certain requirement is harder today as there are multiple platforms available for it. creates an application to ease the effort of an employer in searching for the same.

The Solution

Careerio is a decentralised platform that can bring the data of a user from various other applications into a single domain. This is done using the Beckn protocol. The collected data is then used to assess the user and find their perfect opportunity with the hiring team. When the hiring team asks for users with certain criteria, with the help of Beckn, we are able to find the most suitable candidates for the same by searching across various platforms. We are also using OpenAI APIs to create an information section for our users based on their data.
