Merging is blocked by lru-cache and typedoc having issues with TypeScript's changes around Iterator types.

• lru-cache shipped the change in 11.0.1 so hopefully we'll see it in Dependabot soon enough
• I'm not seeing anything in TypeDoc's recent PRs or issues. They're still running TypeScript 5.6.1-rc, though.

All in all, it's weird that TypeScript chockes on the types of our dependencies, so we may want to investigate a little further there 🤔

Using Typescript's explainFile option and following the tracks in the logs, I've understood why TypeScript goes over Typedoc's file. It's because of the Typedoc config, which imports typedoc. Guess we'll have to wait for Typedoc to catch up 😊

Looks like these dependencies are updatable in another way, so this is no longer needed.
