Additional code has been added for a new paper to be published in 2024. Because of the large number of scripts for specific projects, the code has also been reorganized so that only the scripts used in multiple studies are at the top level. Scripts for specific projects (e.g., figure scripts) are stored in separate sub-directories.

This code can be used to reproduce results reported in a paper submitted in January 2021 and revised in April 2021 for Communications Earth and Environment.
