hey guys,

tried to install the branch with swift 3 support.

cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-permissionscope --save

just returns a 404

any clue?

Hello,
The swift3 branch is actually not deployed to npm, you have to use the github url. Also I didn't really finish to test it ...
I think you should try this PR instead.
