bash-based certificate authority, with CA-cert, signing-cert, and revocation support.

install into /etc/ssl/misc

edit the config file /etc/ssl/misc/conf/ca.conf

run the /etc/ssl/misc/bin/CA-gen.sh script, and follow the prompts!
