Add some misc fuzzers

These are some random fuzzers that I wrote while writing some real world property tests for aicone and the sundae v3 contracts. I figured i'd PR them in case they're useful, feel free to pick and choose which ones you want

Note that we had some conflicting changes in a separate branch, and I ended up slightly reworking some of the fuzzers to match the API outlined in #2 .
