When merged this pull request will:

  • Add radial menu for selecting the object to place
  • Add short dirt cover and various sandbag walls as buildable
  • Add support for stacking sandbag walls
  • Add support for consuming supplies
  • Prevent placing of dirt covers on blacklisted surfaces like asphalt
  • Add cooldown for placement action
