Custom plugin for Cerberus helpdesk that imports email headers values into custom fields. Currently supports Cerb4 and Cerb5.
Download the correct directory for your version into the plugins folder of your Cerberus installation. Then login to the helpdesk and to enable the plugin. Once installed, add/edit a custom Mail Filtering rule.
