AMPFinder software instruction
AMPFinder can be downloaded at https://github.com/abcair/AMPFinder .
AMPFinder aims to distinguish AMPs and non-AMPs and predict their function types by a cascaded computational model.

Usage
The prediction page is shown as follow:
